Help - can't upload blog photos!

Does anyone know what I can do to try and upload my photos again????

I have been trying to write a blog post for several days now, but when I click to add an image the usual 'browse' button is not there to choose a picture from my camera memory stick.....

Does anyone know where this might be? how I can get it back? or another way to upload camera images??

Thanks...................

  1. I upload mine to Flikr and then copy the share HTML code from there into my blog post on the HTML screen. Oh, I'm not very good at explaining what I do.

  2. Use Flickr or other sites like Picasa or Photobucket to upload your pictures and then use the image links to post on your blog :)

  3. Hi Tanya, Just went into my 'new post' page and it's right next to upload to it's right " choose files" with a little up arrow icon. Hope this helps :-)

  4. I copy the images into a folder in the 'pictures' on my computer, and when doing a post, I click on the 'picture' icon, which gives me a window with a list on the left (upload from this blog, url webcam, etc) and just to the right of that a little box for 'choose files'. I use that and go looking in my picture files for what I need. I never had a 'browse' button- so do not know where yours has gone. I do not tend to use the URLs. Even when I do mosaics, I save them into a file and use them from there.

    Good luck working it out!

  5. I've been having the same problem for the odd pic that I don't load onto flickr. But like Liz I upload nearly all of mine to flickr first and then copy the html across. This makes it much easier for folks to read cos the pics load up much quicker in their reader. jxo

  9. I use windows livewriter to write all my posts and add photos it is much easier, it is similar to other windows products, word/PowerPoint. Sometimes I have to redo the spacing when I send the post to my blog, but it is still far easier than blogger, and it is a free download.
